MOM

Well the holidays are over and it's back to the old routine. All the holiday themed SB paper and embellishments have been put away, so now I'm thinking about Valentines Day, which is also my anniversary, so I will be making some things for my husband and son, and maybe a few decorations too, but before I delved into that, I decided to finally do the LO I've been wanting to do for a while using these pictures of my mom from when she was in her early 20's. I came across some papers I had from Websters Pages that I love and thought they'd be perfect.
The pink flowers were white Prima flowers that I colored with some chalks to match, and the white flowers are from my stash, leftovers from a wedding bouquet I made a bazillion years ago, and I glued them to some black chipboard flourishes and then added the flat backed adhesive pearls. I had to add the bingo card, it was her favorite guilty pleasure. Several nights a week her and my aunt would head off to play bingo, she loved it. The pink netting on the left is the packaging from onions, I truly do save just about everything. You can find a re-use for almost anything.

Thanks for stopping by
Have a blessed day!
